Select Equipment
Choose which equipment you need for your project. You can book either the CNC machine or the vacuum former in your consultation slot.
CNC Machine
Computer-controlled cutting for precise wing components and structural parts.
Vacuum Former
Thermoforming plastic sheets for aerodynamic wing surfaces and covers.
Booking Process
1. Book a Consultation Slot
Reserve a 30-minute timeslot through Moodle. Only available on Wednesdays.
2. Prepare Your Design
Have your project plan and CAD design ready before the consultation. The demonstrator will review your files.
3. Consultation Meeting
Present your plan and CAD during the session. Discuss feasibility and any modifications needed.
4. Get Approval
Gain approval from the demonstrator. They will verify your design meets safety and machine requirements.
5. Manufacturing
Once approved, proceed with CNC machining or vacuum forming. Your demonstrator will handle the CAM setup based on your CAD.
